Description

Female patient shows a Basal Cell Carcinoma of the left cheek in the before photo. MOHS Surgery
was performed to remove the entire defect and an inferiorly based rhomboid advanced flap
was used to reconstruct the left cheek. The patient is seen 6 months post-op in the after photo.
