24 year old African American female requesting Ethnic Rhinoplasty Surgery to correct a wide tip, low bridge, and flaring nostrils. An Open Rhinoplasty with refining Nasal Surgery was performed. Her dorsum was elevated utilizing a custom carved silastic implant, Dr. Slupchynskyj’s SLUPimplant^TM. She also underwent a nasal alar width reduction with horizontal nostril narrowing.
