Description

28 year old female who complained of a large nose and bulbous tip. The patient presented with excess nasal tip cartilages and an over-projected dorsum. An Open Rhinoplasty decreased the nasal dorsal hump. In addition, Nasal Tip Surgery was performed and included the vertical dome division and cephalic strip techniques. Nasal Strut and Nasal Cartilage Shield Grafts further supported the lifted, enhanced tip.
