42 year old Hispanic female who presented with a bulbous nasal tip, flared nostrils and low, flat nasal bridge. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, using his 3-tiered approach to Ethnic Nose Surgery. His custom carved SLUPimplant^TM was utilized to raise and taper the dorsum, producing a more elongated look and raised nasofrontal angle. Her nasal tip was defatted of fibrofatty tissue while Septal Cartilage Grafts were used to reconstruct, support, and enhance the tip. The alar base (nostril width) was decreased via Dr. Slupchynskyj’s proprietary alar base vertical reduction technique. Patient is 6 weeks post-surgery and extremely pleased with her results. Her nose will continue to become more refined during the next 6 to 12 months.
