27 year old Asian female who wanted a higher, more tapered bridge and tip bulbosity reduction. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Ethnic Rhinoplasty, carving a custom silicone implant to raise, taper and emphasize the nasofrontal angle. The tip bulbosity was reduced by defatting the tip and reshaping the tip cartilages with Strut and Shield Grafts. This patient is 8 months post-op.
