43 year old African American female seeking an Ethnic Rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Slupchynskyj. The patient was displeased pleased with her bridge height, nostril width, and her bulbous tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty utilizing his proprietary 3-tiered technique to elevate and augment the nasal bridge using a custom carved silicone implant SLUPimplant™. Additionally, the tip was defatted and a cartilage shield and strut graft were used to enhance the nasal tip and decrease the bulbous tip. Finally, the nostrils were narrowed from a vertical and horizontal standpoint. These results are 28 days post-op. Notice there is practically no bruising and very little swelling. The swelling in the tip and surrounding tissue will continue to recede over the next 3 months.
