Description

49 year old male with large, protruding dorsum and ptotic, bulbous tip. This patient underwent Open Rhinoplasty with a dorsum reduction and minor cartilage augmentation of the naso-frontal angle. The tip cartilages where also reconstructed via cartilage grafting techniques. This patient is 1 year post-op.
