33 year old patient sought a raised nasal bridge and nasofrontal angle in addition to nostril narrowing and tip refinement. African American Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed with placement of the custom carved SLUPimplant™ to raise his nasal dorsum and enhance his bridge. Additionally, bilateral osteotomies decreased the bridge width. Nasal Refinement Surgery involved defatting of the nasal tissue, as well as cartilage Strut and Shield Graft placement to augment and define the tip. This patient also requested nostril narrowing, which was performed via a vertical and horizontal nasal narrowing technique.
