24 year old Hispanic unhappy with long, prominent nose, downturned nasal tip, and large dorsal hump. Rhinoplasty Surgery removed the hump and excess interior cartilage while the nasal tip was raised and shaped. Cartilage Strut and Cartilage Grafts were utilized to enhance and support the tip, providing aesthetically pleasing, balanced frontal and profile views.
