26 year old African American female seeking bridge augmentation and narrowing, tip refinement and nostril narrowing. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where the SLUPimplant™ was placed in the nasal dorsum, successfully raising the bridge height and decreasing the width of the nose. Nasal tip definition was achieved using a tip defatting technique, coupled with placement of a nasal strut graft and nasal shield grafts to further refine the nasal tip structures. Narrowing of nostril width was performed using a horizontal and vertical narrowing technique, all restoring a sculpted and aesthetically pleasing look.
