Description
50 year old Asian male who had Primary Rhinoplasty with another surgeon with an L-shaped implant. This implant became infected, causing implant displacement through the nasal tip. Consequently, the tip healed with an obvious dimple. The patient also suffered 2 additional complications: a deviated bridge and Pollybeak Deformity. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed Revision Rhinoplasty, reconstructed the pinched nasal tip, and removed the dimple. He reconstructed the nasal dorsum utilizing the customized silicone SLUPimplant™. Septal Cartilage Grafts were implemented to reconstruct the tip and restore normal aesthetic nasal anatomy.
