This patient had 2 previous, unsuccessful Rhinoplasties with other surgeons. She sought correction of a bulbous tip and wide bridge. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, reshaping the tip with Septal and Auricular Cartilage Grafts. The dorsum was also elevated utilizing a combination of cartilage grafts, in addition to a custom carved silicone implant.
