25 year old presenting with low bridge, bulbous tip and slightly flared nostrils. This patient had dorsal bridge augmentation utilizing a Dr. Slupchynskyj’s custom carved silastic implant, the SLUPimplant™, to elevate the bridge height and frontal nasal angle. Additionally, the patient had a vertical dome division procedure for redefinition of the nasal tip, defatting of the fibro fatty nasal tip tissue, and Cartilage Strut and Shield Graft placement to support the nasal tip structures. A slight horizontal nostril narrowing technique was performed to decrease nostril width.
