30 year old Ethnic patient seeking correction of a large, long, and downturned nose with a large dorsal hump. Rhinoplasty Surgery corrected and decreased the dorsal hump in conjunction with Cephalic Strips, a Nasal Strut Graft, and a Nasal Shield Graft to rotate and define the tip.
