27 year old female who presented with a ptotic, bulbous tip and nasal dorsal hump. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, nasal dorsum sculpting, and reconstruction of the lower lateral cartilages, utilizing Strut and Shield Grafts.
