Rhinoplasty Case 4

Gender
Male
Age
50

Description

50 year old Asian male who had Primary Rhinoplasty with another surgeon via an L-shaped implant. This implant became infected; as a result, the implant extruded through the nasal tip. Due to this unfortunate development, the tip healed with an apparent indentation. The patient also endured 2 more complications: a deviated bridge and Pollybeak Deformity. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed Revision Rhinoplasty, reconstructed the pinched nasal tip, and corrected the indentation. He reconstructed the nasal dorsum with the customized silicone SLUPimplant™.  Septal Cartilage Grafts were applied to reconstruct the tip and restore normal, aesthetic nasal anatomy.
