Description

Male patient who underwent a MOHS excision of a right side Basal Cell Carcinoma. The MOHS Surgery included excision of the entire left nasal alla, superior left lateral wall,
medial naso-labial tissue, as well as right upper lip. The reconstruction involved: a.) forehead flap reconstruction using multiple septal and auricular cartilage grafts for rebuilding
of the right lateral nasal side wall, b.) complex advancement nasolabial flap with, c.) an inferior based lip flap that was advanced medially. In addition to the 3 flaps described,
the patient also had a free auricular composite graft to re-align the floor of the right nasal vestibule. He is seen 3 months post-operative in the last “after” photos.
