Patient with Nasal Tip Defect after Mohs excision of Basal Cell Carcinoma. Patient was seeking repair but could not find a Plastic Surgeon willing to take on the Mohs defect repair. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed a Preauricular Composite Graft, skin and cartilage with mucosal reconstruction of the inner lining of nasal vestibule and tip defect. The composite graft healed within 3 weeks repairing both cosmetic and functional aspects of the nose.
