Description

28 year old Hispanic female with history of previous Rhinoplasty. Patient complained of a large, bulbous fatty tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, removing tip fat and placing a Septal Cartilage Graft to restructure the tip and thin the skin envelope. This patient had a soft tissue Pollybeak Deformity, corrected by removing scar tissue from the supratip area.
