Description

30 year old Ethnic male with history of previous Rhinoplasty. Patient complained of a large, bulbous fatty tip with severe Pollybeak Deformity. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, removing tip fat and placing a Septal Cartilage Graft to restructure the tip and thin the skin envelope. This patient had a dorsal septal angle cartilaginous Pollybeak Deformity, which was corrected by removing dorsal septal cartilage from the supratip area.
