Description

32 year old Hispanic female with history of previous Rhinoplasty. Patient complained of a large, bulbous fatty tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, removing tip fat and placing a Septal Cartilage Graft to restructure the tip and thin the skin envelope. This patient also had Dorsal Augmentation using custom carved, Silastic Implant for more elevation and structure in the bridge.
