25 year old female with a Lop Ear Deformity since birth. She was very self–conscious about her protruding ears. She could not wear her hair back. The patient was missing the antihelical fold of her ear. Dr. Slupchynksyj performed a minimally invasive technique to create an antihelical fold and realign her ears with her head.
