“I began my involvement in the healthcare profession when I was 16 yrs old,
by working as a dental assistant in a General Dentistry office. Following
the completion of High School, I attended SUNY Binghamton
University, in Upstate New York, where I graduated and majored in Biology/Pre-Medicine. Prior to applying to and entering medical school, I am enjoying being a part of the team at the Aesthetic Facial Surgery Center of NY. Working here means being a part of improving our patients’ well-being - something that makes me feel great and is a reason why I intend to become a doctor myself. Helping others to maintain and improve their well-being is one of my passions and I feel privileged to work with Dr. Slupchynskyj, whom I admire and respect and whose medical knowledge, skill and judgment is inspirational to say the least!”

“I completed my bachelor degree in biochemistry at Hunter College in New York City. Throughout my college, I worked as a home health aide, tutor and a research assistant. I highly value the lessons learned from my work as I pursued my pre-medical studies. Upon gaining my nursing assistant certification, I worked in a nursing home closely interacting with physicians and nurses as we cared for our patients. Also, I have volunteered in the adult and pediatric emergency department of New York Presbyterian Hospital. Being actively involved in cases as they came into the hospital was both exciting and satisfying. I came to realize the value of teamwork in health care and, more specifically, the importance of giving the respect and sympathy patients deserve in order for good and efficient treatment to occur. This is the kind of patient friendly environment one encounters at Dr. Slupchynskyj’s office, where I am responsible for various clinical and administrative aspects of the practice.
My main goal is to ensure that each patient receives the highest standards of care every time they visit the office. Not only I want to maintain professional competence during my medical career but also, I strive to cultivate a personalized experience with our patients from their initial contact with our office and throughout their treatment. I want each of our patients to feel as though they were visiting an old and dear friend with whom they can feel comfortable when considering available aesthetic options. I enjoy interacting with patients and I take great pride and satisfaction in witnessing the changes in our patients’ lives as they fulfill their goals. The best thing about working in this practice is the relationships that we develop with our patients. It is fulfilling to be there for them from the beginning to the end of their plastic surgery experience. I am honored to be a part of Dr. Slupchynskyj's staff and look forward to serve our patients in any way I can. Overall, patient care, safety, trust, well-being and satisfaction are my utmost concern.”
